NanoMaX Lab

The Nanoscale Microscopy and X-ray Spectroscopy (NanoMaX) Lab is located in the Department of Physics of the University of North Florida, Room 1510, Building 50.

We investigate the atomic and electronic structures of 2D materials by using characterization techniques such as Scanning Tunneling Microscopy (STM), X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) and Low Energy Electron Diffraction.

Principal Investigator: Dr. Paula Mariel Coelho

Undergraduate Students: – Anne Evans – Patrick Keeney
